Though most think about buying a home they tell me they are not ready to buy a home because they’re working on their credit.   I want you to know that you do not have to do that by yourself.  I am partnered up with great lenders that perform free credit repair because the lenders understand the bigger picture.  They understand the goal is to buy the house and all money that you're working so hard for needs to go towards the bigger picture.  You do not have to do credit repair on your own, you do not have to pay any credit repair companies.  We can assist you with that.  Some credit repair programs are short some of them are long it depends what the extent of the damage is, but my lenders don't fear any of it and they can assist you with all of it.  The goal is for you to take your hard-earned money and allocate it where it needs to be so that it makes the biggest positive impact on your credit score.  The higher the credit score the lower your interest rate will be for your home mortgage.

Another question I get asked is in reference to down payments.  Some people live paycheck to paycheck and they don't have the opportunity to start let alone finish saving for a down payment but the lender that I work with also offer down payment assistance programs and they can explain the different programs that you can qualify for and answer all your questions.  If you have any questions about credit repair and/or down payment assistance you can call/text me directly on my cell phone at 520-474-9064 and I will get you in contact with lenders that I am partnered up with.

My favorite tool is a Home Buyers Guide that Title Security Agency puts together for us to provide to our clients.  This buyer’s guide is a binder that walks you through the buying process from Step 1 all the way through to KEYS IN YOUR HAND.  Guess what the First Step is?? Ok, I won’t keep you in suspense too long.  Step 1 is hiring a Realtor.

You may be wondering; how do I know when it's time to hire a Realtor? if you’ve thought about buying a home or you’ve daydreamed & wondered if it is possible, it’s time to give me a call.  Even if you think you will not be ready for another year or even two, contact me, it is fine because then we're establishing a relationship.  We are talking & I am understanding what your needs are you're understanding how I work & who my team is.  Like I said, we're here to help & assist you and we're here to save you time and money.  While you're working at work, I'm working for you.  Please, if you need any assistance or if you're thinking about buying or selling your home give me a call at 520-474-9064 or direct message me.  If you have other questions that I have not addressed I’m always available
